Our creepy scarecrow with blue light-up eyes is holding an illuminated lantern, moving his arm side to side, looking for his next victim. He stands behind a flickering lighted sign that says, “Keep Out, Dead End” and speaks several chilling phrases with menacing laughter in between. Easy to assemble, he comes with a stand that appears to be a stick pole stuck into a ground-looking base. It is sound and motion activated.
